With the aid of the IW's two industrial extrusion lines (2.5 MN and 10 MN), various solid, hollow, and flat profiles can be produced. The use of an automated puller as well as the profile cooling system integrated in the outlet of the 10 MN extrusion press enables the analysis of process conditions close to industrial conditions.
